These methods have been meticulously tried and tested and whilst they offer a very good percentage of success rate, random events can and will happen which derail what would otherwise be a winning run.
Due of the method referred to, it takes about a minute to unlock them all for that particular strand of plague once the first one has been earned so it's worth doing while the chance is there to do so. Not all of them are required, in fact most of them won't be used but the sequence they are unlocked is random. It is an absolute must that you have unlocked all of the Genes that you can boost your plague with before you begin, please refer to the Introduction section of the Trophy Guide which is linked above for a quick and easy method to get that done.
